How are your products made?
Each item is made to order by one of our carefully selected print partners. Producing only what is ordered helps us avoid unnecessary stock and waste.
Where do you ship?
We are initially focused on customers in Europe and the United States. The destinations available for a particular product will be shown at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Every order has two stages: production and delivery. Estimated times depend on the product, destination and print partner, and will be displayed before you place your order. You will receive tracking information when it becomes available.
Will everything arrive together?
Not always. Products may be made by different print partners, so a single order can arrive in more than one package.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Because products are made to order, production can begin shortly after an order is placed. Contact us as soon as possible and we will check whether a change or cancellation is still possible. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
Could I be charged customs or import fees?
Orders may be fulfilled in different countries. Depending on the destination and production location, local customs duties, taxes or handling fees may apply.
How does the 10% commitment work?
10% of the value of every product sold is directed to organizations supporting the education and development of children and young people in socially vulnerable circumstances. We organize transfers every six months and intend to report the beneficiary organizations, reference period and resulting impact.
